These terms apply to the BrightDhan website and the service offered on it. BrightDhan is operated by Devdhan Narayana Finserv Private Limited (CIN U66190UP2024PTC210110), C-44, Block C, Sector 51, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 ("BrightDhan", "we", "us"). By using the website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.

BrightDhan is a loan facilitation service. We collect your loan request and, with your consent, pass it to RBI-regulated lending partners. We are not a lender: we do not approve, sanction or disburse loans and we do not promise that you will get a loan. The lender decides approval, amount, interest, fees and tenure.

• You are an Indian resident aged 21 to 58 years with a regular income.
• The lender's own criteria apply. Meeting the criteria on our website does not guarantee approval.
• You apply only for yourself, and your information is true and complete.

When you tick the consent box and submit the form, you allow us to share your details with RBI-regulated lending partners to process your request, and to contact you by call, SMS or WhatsApp about it. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@brightdhan.in. See our Privacy Policy.

BrightDhan does not charge you any fee. The lender's interest (0.5% – 1% per day) and charges (for example processing fee and GST) are shown in its Key Fact Statement before you accept. Never pay anyone to "get your loan approved". If someone asks, call us on +91 85957 02470.

Your loan is a contract between you and the lender under its loan agreement, Key Fact Statement and policies. Repayment is made to the lender. BrightDhan does not collect repayments and is not responsible for the lender's decisions.

The calculator and figures on this website are estimates for information only, not an offer. Your actual amount, rate, charges and APR are those in the lender's Key Fact Statement.

• Do not give false information or apply in someone else's name.
• Do not misuse the website or send automated requests.
• We may refuse a request that looks false, fraudulent or abusive.

To the extent allowed by law, BrightDhan is not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, from the loan agreement between you and the lender, or from websites we link to. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
